Campus Lead

Anxiety Canada is looking for Campus Leads, a new position on the Ambassador team in the 2022-2023 term. Campus Leads serve the purpose of broadening Anxiety Canada’s impact as a national organization. These are designated individuals at various Canadian universities, who will support execution of campus projects and events that promote Anxiety Canada’s mission in coordination with Ambassadors.

This position requires leadership, time management, and problem solving skills. Most importantly, it is a position that requires a passion for mental health advocacy. Campus Leads will be responsible for recruiting members of their community to become Anxiety Canada Ambassadors, and managing their campus team throughout the year.

The Campus Lead position will be offered at all campuses that have a team of a minimum of 4 Ambassadors, whom they will then manage as a micro team of the broader Anxiety Canada Youth Network. Campus Leads will be updated throughout the recruitment process regarding the number of applicants from their campus.

Why Become an Ambassador OR CAMPUS LEAD

By becoming an Ambassador you will have a positive impact on your community. You get access to training provided by Anxiety Canada to enhance your understanding of anxiety and anxiety management resources. As part of the Youth Network, Ambassadors and Campus Leads have the opportunity to meet other like-minded youth and develop leadership skills.
