Transforming Lives, One Month at a Time

Why donate monthly?

Millions of Canadians rely on us for education and relief in the management of their anxiety. Becoming an Anxiety Advocate is the best way to support those in need of proven coping tools and mental health support.

We’re on a mission to make mental health care more accessible for all so that less Canadians need to pay out-of-pocket for the treatment they deserve, and a monthly gift can make a significant impact. Just $13 per month adds up to help fund critical initiatives that help people struggling with anxiety.

As a thank you for your support, the first 50 donors to sign up for monthly gifts will receive a special Anxiety Advocate keychain by Ten + Eight Creations, designed to act as a daily reminder of our joint commitment towards dismantling the prejudice around mental health.

Join our devoted community of staff, volunteers, and donors committed to breaking the stigma around anxiety and show your dedication to mental health by signing up today.

“Anxiety Advocate” is the name of our monthly giving program. When you become an Anxiety Advocate, you join a generous community of donors who assert that mental health is health and should be funded and prioritized as such. Your monthly commitment demonstrates your dedication and allyship to those struggling with anxiety. As an Anxiety Advocate, you will receive a yearly report about the impact of your giving.

  • Monthly giving has a greater impact for many reasons. Monthly gifts:
